Not sure how this site has a "treatments" and "alterative treatments" page. Aren't all treatments "alternative" since there is no cure?
I'm fine most days. It can get better.
still overall much better, unfortunately have to reset the clock on how long its been since a "bad day".
Currently doing CBT. Driving my supportive wife crazy with my anxiety.
