Hey @dm222. Read through your posts. I believe I am guilty of the same actions causing my T. Curious. How long until its silenced or reduced?+ from the first time you attempted syringing? Dan.
I feel the world spinning, dizzy, ear fullness, I almost lost equilibrium even when sitted multiple times today. anyone else?
    dpdx
    meniere disease?
    Dude how are you?
    dm222
    No change since May.
    Its ok though.

You are doing well. I am still struggling.
    Hey dm222,
Did your Reactive tinnitus also improve ?
    dm222
    yes
    dm222
I was not clear enough, the reactivity, distortion etc... is completly gone
tinnitus is not yet but it is very mild and doesnt bother me anymore
    dpdx
    wonderful.
doing fine. tinnitus is not in my concerns anymore.
90% of the time I don't remember I have it. stopped focusing on it. coming here all the time doesn't help so I will keep offline for now.
Overall tinnitus is a bit better, still improving and the biggest change was psicologically where I don't care about tinnitus anymore
Will do a 2 weeks pause on everything T related online. See you in two weeks

Good for you! I should do the same.
Why my ears cant handle moderate noises? Went for a 1km walk and my tinnitus is LOUDER. Cant sleep.
    dpdx
    same thing happens to me
Somedays I think Im improving other days I think Im fooling myself.

Same here, and some days I think it has gotten slightly worse :/
    New Guy
I tell myself that if one day seems bad it's because the day before must have been good. Sometimes that helps.
    dpdx
    same
Yesterday I had a pulsating pain inside the ear for 20 seconds.. it worried me. writing this down to keep track of my progess.
    T
Happens to me all the time with H. Well, not all the time but, I get earaches quite a lot unrelated to H.
Just another day. I would be OK of it being like this forever, if the "reactive tinnitus" was gone...
Progress stopped 1 week ago. Probably wont go lower. :( What Im doing wrong?
    Julien87
worrying and being convinced it won't go lower is what you're doing wrong

There are also people whose tinnitus has slowly but surely faded away within 1-2 years since onset. Try to stay calm though it's hard and protect your ears from very loud sounds (e.g. clubs). Your t could still get lower. :)
having trouble with noise from neighbors stressing and causing my tinnitus to spike at night...
4 days getting louder and louder, back to bad sleep etc... Probably not fading after all...
Today is louder, weekends are the wrost. still I think that on the long term is fading. (better than last week, and so on)
Was getting a low T day untill someone dropped a object in my desk just in front of me... Earfullness back and T up, bad karma!
