Maybe get a splint for sleeping, I ground down my teeth to the point of them hurting before I even knew I had bruxism... Hadn't gone to a dentist in years because I never had any problems with my teeth previously.

I got diagnosed today by an osteopath. Mine has more to do with jaw clenching. For now, I have exercises to do to relearn to clench less.

Oh alright thank you for your answer! So they're processing the data from kelpiemsp's trial if my understanding is correct?

Yup exactly. This is the first trial required for FDA approval. Next will be the pivitol study, which is the last required study for a device. Once this happens it will be easy to get on market because the FDA will have approved Lenire by then and God willing, Susan Shore's device.
