    Hey Sarah. How are you feeling these days. I thought you should know that I read a good post on melatonin helping to heal ears damaged through ototoxic medication. I'm going to ask my doctor for some on Monday. Unfortunately we can't buy it over the counter in the UK.

    Hi Marilou! I've been ok. Working thru my muscle/migraine issues...it takes too long for muscles to heal! T is the same, but much easier to deal with than the pain. Just taking each day as it comes. How are you? :)

    Hi @tbuzz89 ! Had a bit of a rough day - it's taking a lot of energy to stay positive. Before this happened I was very happy with my life, now I find that I'm comparing myself to others (asking- do they have it?) and feel trapped in my apartment from this COVID thing. I'm currently getting treatment from chiro and physio for migraines, which is working but it painful! Sorry for venting...How are you? ;)

    I completely understand @LilSass. Thing this that we deal with is difficult and seldom understood by others. I really hope in time yours begins to fade and can find some relief! For now, the best we can do is try and manage our emotional response. I'm okay - today has been a loud day but I'm handling it better than previously.

    You'll be alright Sarah. I've copied a nice bloke called Bill in profile post. He's great at advice and really helped me. We're all in the same boat. This forum has saved me from many a depressed day, so you're in the right place. <3
