    @Mike_CA hey mike. I see you have had tinnitus for a long time. Did you have to modify your life any? I know people that just live as if they don't have it.

    I try to live as normal a life as I can although some days are admittingly trying. I keep active and I'm outdoors a lot, so I manage during the day. It's nights that can be a problem. If I was to give anyone advice, I'd say keep busy and distracted from tinnitus as much as possible. And if you're new to tinnitus, remember it gets better for 95% of people with it.
