  how are you now?
  
  I experienced kind of the same with Paxil withdrawal. Now I'm back on it 10 mg but the tinnitus changed in pitch mich higher an finer which is very difficult for me. Also I feel weird pressure changes in my head. How areyour tinnitus and the other symptoms now?
