As a producer do you put a limiter or anything on the master bus to stop audio suddenly spiking ?
Also what type of studio monitors are you using ? Do you use big speakers played quietly or small/medium sized speakers ?
I have reactive tinnitus and hyperacusis but hope to start producing again -
