Anyone have positive (even neutral, just not negative) experiences with dry needling and/or acupuncture? Looking into it for my jaws/face.

T has been up and down like a roller coaster these past few days. Need to get this reflux/hernia issue resolved ASAP.

Maybe someday I can walk outside without a vehicle sounding like a cannon. I hope one day these people realize the suffering they cause.

Almost completely silent when I woke up this morning. Went to typical level 20-30 minutes later. Curious…
