    Hi Kaelon,

    I have all the symptoms that you say that Mass General said define somatic PT. I have also been to MA Eye and Ear and not gotten much clarity from them.

    I live in western MA, and wonder, have you found any good doctors/ physical therapists in Massachusetts to help you with the somatic PT?

    hey kaelon ,i always thought our tinnitus were kinda the same so i tried to follow you to see how you progressed and when i saw 'mastering my tinnitus' i thought wow thats great .can you tell me how your doing now

    Hi Kaelon:

    I think my PT is due to a TMJ disorder. My PT started in 2015 when I had a brief episode of contrast-induced hyperthyroidism and experienced afib. My thyroid hormone levels have been back to normal for over a year but I continue to experience the PT and I am wondering if the brief episode of afib aggravated a pre-existing neuromuscular inflammatory state.

    Hi Kaelon,
    Your post about "the gastrointestinal tinnitus connection was really helpful. I have bilary dyskensia like you and suffer with multiple symptoms like dizziness,vertigo,etc. Did you remove your gallbladder? Appreciate your reply on this.

    Hi there! My gall-bladder was not removed, but then again, I still have my tinnitus, so if the two are connected, I still haven't definitively proven it. Significantly reducing my fatty diet, on the other hand, does lead to an all-around better experience, including lower tinnitus, leading me to think that there may always be some exacerbating factor to inflammation and neuromuscular conflict.

    Hi Kaleon, I read your posts and I think I have the same symptoms like you (muscle spams, TMJ, neck pain, etc). I would like to know what treatment are you doing now and what is the progress of your T?

    Kaelon hi! I noted your tinnitus started in January last year, I was wondering how are you doing?
    I am suffering with unilateral sudden hearing loss and severe tinnitus for 5 weeks.

    Hi kaleon, have seen your posts. Please help please i have not slept for 2 weeks now im joining a new job in tampa. My heart beat is fast around 100 beats per minute and i hear my hesrt pounding wen i try to sleep snd also sometimes just after walking or foing any physical work after eating i am unable to sleep cause i hear my heart pounding. I have atrophic gastritis.
