  Greetings Geo. I have been dealing with PLF and all of the issues related to it for some time now. In fact, I just had my second surgery (on the other ear) about 6 weeks ago. I would be happy to chat with you about this lovely illness. I work in transplant at a hospital in the NW..........alas, I am simply a patient with this stuff now. Todd
