I would say mine is moderate, but thanks to habituation it´s gone down to mild.

I haven´t got noise induced tinnitus. For the last 5 months I started using earphones again at low volume, playing music, tv etc and I haven´t had any problems.

I was told there was a 95% chance of it going away... Gave me Ginko pills and had to wait. After a couple of months he came to the conclusion that my tinnitus was here to stay. He pointed out that there was an association in Barcelona and that he couldn´t do much more to help me. That was it...

They said exactly the same to me and here I am... You will most likely get a lot better. Patience and don´t wait for it to stop, because it will probably not. Take as it comes and chances are you will live happily again. Good luck!

I have been taking melotanin for some time now, and all I can comment is that it's been beneficial for me. My tinnitus is normally lower when I rest properly (Most of time the time...). Not sure if this counts for everyone though.

Difficult question to answer. Sometimes I think the volume has gone down, but then I get moments when it seems it's just the same. What I can say is that I'm more habituated, to the extent that when I hear it it doesn't bother me one single bit and I just forget about it till I hear it again...

I think you would be better off with a stressful job (nothing over the top though). You'd be so busy that you wouldn't have time to even think about it...

I have moderate to tinnitus considering that I can hear it everywhere. It's true it's not even half as bad as it used to be. Not sure if it's because of habituation or it's simply not as loud as it used to be. What I can say after 13 shitty months I got my life back... And i just find it strange...

I don´t agree. It depends on the person, and how loud there tinnitus is. I think in general it must be a lot shorter to be able to habituate, considering the majority of T sufferers are mild cases.

Happened to me when I was listening to crickets at night. Suddenly got stuck in my head and had to wait 3-4 days for it to disappear. Be patient and it will go away.

And what about the other videos that were found on YouTube that nobody knew about? They were very disappointing and I´m not surprised that Neuromod doesn´t have them on their website. Compared to the first ones, did they really need to get actors? Doesn´t make sense. They simply got the best...
