Hi guys!!!! i agree with sanjay...Effect was immediate ...L carnosine has shown effect within few days if not hours...as far as i am concern....i took 2 tabs s day one in night and one in morning...sorta 12 hrs 1 tab...Besides L- Carnosine i am taking NAC and 0.125Mg of Clonozepam (Rivotril)
