It started with an unexplained bout of dizziness in September 2021. At that time, I was under intense stress but also exercising regularly and was practicing the Wim Hoff breathing method. Then I started noticing the Tinnitus. I had no clue what had caused it. Until I did another session of Wim Hoff Breathing and I felt the Tinnitus getting worse. I just realized today that the connection today.
