Background.
Age 21 2008: Developed Hyperaccusis/pain resolved in 18months
very quiet beep in right ear - didn't bother me after 6months.

Full time music career for 15 years without significant issue.
Although always sensitive to loud sounds in left ear and had a slight distortion in loud places.
Avoided headphones for close to 5years & wear protection in every loud space above 75db.

Now:
Right Ear: March 2021: 80hz Bass Hum - Intermittent and progressively became more common since then - only appears in complete silence - some pain and is sensitive to bass frequencies.
No hearing loss at all measured in that ear.
