Gluten is very bad and clogs up your gut. Your gut and your ear and tied together. I suggest going gluten free for a few months and see if that helps you.

I think you should investigate the antibiotic you took. Many of these antibiotics are POISON to the ears and are highly toxic to your hearing as well.

I was on it for only a week. I don't have any allergies and the Doxycycline did a lot more damage to me besides just the tinnitus. Has anyone ever recovered from a drug induced tinnitus event? Has anyone pursued being damaged by this awful drug?
