Glad to hear this man! Do you have tips for me to think about other things apart from the nerves/ears? Problem is that I can't stand any sounds from electronic devices because of hyperacusis and reactive tinnitus, so no music or YouTube etc :(

How much do I need, a few beers or strong stuff? Hyperacusis and tinnitus getting worse every day, no matter what I do, it's the tolerance level in the brain.

Is there any acute alternative to benzos? My situation is difficult right now. On the weekend, during pandemic, you have nearly zero chance to get some doctor to talk to here. Anything I can buy for free?

How do you get benzos? Here in Germany no doctor wants to prescribe such strong stuff. Just antidepressants.

Thanks for your positive words. Sadly I took Zopiclone to sleep once and it seems to have ruined my hearing experience completely so the tinnitus and hyperacusis are now in ears AND the head. It was just half a pill of Zopiclone. Did it mess up my brain now completely?

I am at an extreme point now with no hunger, can't sleep and the hyperacusis seems to be the worst ever including outside ear pain. Is there really a chance of cure without benzos and strong pills? And I read you should avoid earplugs or it can get worse.
