On 02/05/2019 my life dramatically changed with the onset of Visual Snow Syndrome, including bilateral tinnitus. My tinnitus consists of multiple intrusive continuous sounds. There are at least two distinct sounds I can clearly distinguish; one sound is a low frequency humming and the other is a very intrusive high frequency ringing which I can hear non-stop over almost anything. It is unmaskable, but it takes about 75dB to drown it out for the most part.
In terms of visual symptoms I have: visual snow, BFEP, floaters, palinopsia, photophobia, starbursts, halos and more.
My brain feels severely fatigued, can't concentrate well, memory degradation, brain fog and some type of head ache like feeling.
