Tinnitus is making me really cracky

My high pitched ringing is driving me nuts. I do have a sound machine I use to try to sleep at night, that helps some. Dr told me that I will have it forever most likely and I have to learn how to deal with it. Meditation helps some but only when I have background noise playing as well.

Went to the doctor for a ear infection in October 2016, he gave me drops for anti bacterial, however found out from the next doctor that it was a anti fungal I needed and made my situation much worse. Have had the ears cleaned out every 2 weeks and then monthly, though we had the infection...
