Is your pulsatile tinnitus intermittent or constant?

Hi, can anyone tell me is an intermittent whooshing in one ear only with head movement pulsatile tinnitus? I also have a continuous high pitched ring in left ear. Thank you for any advise, everyone on here who has whooshing seems to have it constantly.

How long have you had this for? I went to gp and they listened to my blood flow in neck and said it was ok but referred me to ent to check, I have had high pitch ringing for 2 years but this wind whooshing for 2 months

This is exactly the same sound I get, if I turn my head to the left its sometimes comes in a wave and them stops, I also have the continuous high pitched ringing. Have you seen any medical professional about this issue? I can live with the high pitch ringing but its this other sound that is...

I am going to see ENT on 5 feb so will let you know what he says, yours sound the same as mine, I pt usually constant do you know? Mine is only with certain movements, it just worries me its connected to blood flow in my neck. I cant find many people who have this kind of noise
