Hi I have anxiety and also tinnitus. I've had tinnitus for years on and off but since Jan 1 it's been constantly on. Now it's making my anxiety worse so I'm thinking about finally taking an anxiety med. Which is safe to use with tinnitus? I don't want a medicine that will make it worse.
