For me what worked better was the Otovent. I believe it’s safer than the EarPopper. Still have tinnitus but mine is due to inflammation from Lyme disease. Congrats on yours being gone!

Does getting fleeting tinnitus mean that your tinnitus is going to get worse? Anybody have experiences with it? Or is it truly random? I just hope it doesn’t mean it’s worsening.

Have you looked into Lyme or been tested for it? The numbness and memory stuff could definitely be part of that. I would be tested for it using a reputable lab (IGeneX in California is gold standard).
