The hearing loss pill consists of NHP-07 and NAC. NHP-07 has already been tested for safety in previous trials, NAC is over the counter so why do we need so many years of trials for NHPN-1010? This system is rotten.

I still assume FX-322 works (at least in single dose). It looks like they need some more experimenting. Dose, interval, method of delivery. Unfortunately that is hardly possible under the FDA system and of course available budget.

The vacuum was also financial. The EU was the sponsor of the trial. So the results are there to be continued by a commercial party. And that did not happen. Maybe the results were not convincing enough or maybe not enough was done to get parties involved. We will never know...

At least the placebo dose is the same. :) It is very interesting that they may inject a higher dose than dring the 1/2 phase. Did not consider that the FDA allowed a dose higher than the safety one.
