@Poseidon65, I have this and I tried to do a gentle valsalva for my ear fullness. Big mistake. It's the reason why my tinnitus is on the extreme side now.

I had no knowledge of Pegasos until now. If things worsen for me, I'll contact them. Maybe I can live with tinnitus but the distortions I have, I can't ever get used to them. I used to breathe music and I've lost everything. This is not living.

@BrOKeN_1, low volume doesn't seem to help. As long as there are percussion instruments in songs, I get this really bad sensitivity... I am not able to listen to music due to my dysacusis anyways. Everything sounds like a broken speaker but sometimes I play a part of a song to see if there is...
