    Speaker Recommendations?

Hey guys, Anyone got any speakers they can recommend, that are high quality and can be kept at low volume, non-bassy and such that are not heavy on the ears?

    Delayed Pain

I know, I was not thinking clearly at the time, I thought it may help my ears "recover" but I have already accepted the condition. I just want to know if anyone with H has been experiencing the pain in a delayed manner, as "in the moment" it feels fine but a few minutes later you feel the...

    Delayed Pain

Hi, I've not exposed my ears to proper sound for a few months now. Today I've listened to some music on speakers for about 15 mins at about 50 dB according to sound meter, I have felt slight discomfort but no pain during listening. However, about 10 minutes afterwards I've gotten a headache on...

So I guess the plan at the moment is to start living again, not in an inner prison - exposing my ears a bit more, and go back to work despite all the negative feelings.

I have not gone back to work for these past 5 months, mostly sitting at home, working out, taking vitamins, going outside for a walk when it's fairly quiet.

It has gotten better, on the left ear(higher pitched, less loud baseline, easier to ignore), right ear has been pretty much the same since sound exposure in swimming pool, a sound that fluctuates non-stop and causes me the most distress and sleep-less nights.
