Hi, Has anyone had an occlusion of the vertebral artery, but right side pulsatile tinnitus??

Just giving an update: After some ten sessions of physiotherapy and asking questions each time, the doctor said my TMJ comes from the cervical disc bulge. I have only five sessions left. I have some relief after exercise but no effect on tinnitus.

Hi @Greg Sacramento have told the physio about legs being not same length. He checked and confirmed my doubts. Left leg was longer than right one. Doing exercises to correct same. Now am thinking that all being connected ...might also have given me eye floater... seen people suffer from TMJ...

@Greg Sacramento thanks a lot. It does make a lot of sense. I really appreciate your advice. Yes currently doing the exercise sitting. Will keep you posted. How I wished that doctors understood too but I do understand it's complicated as it's spanned under various medical field.

Hello everyone... What are your best advice for sleeping with loud tinnitus... currently am taking melatonin, only one... every night... but mum told me I need to stop taking it as in the long run it is not good for health... May God bless you all and gives us courage. Kind regards Dilshaad
