@Fortuna117 Cannabis? I used to smoke prior to tinnitus but when I’ve smoked it’s spiked my tinnitus, making it super loud, I guess it’s a trial and error sort of game. I know a few people on here are taking benzos or Xanax, and said it helps, I don't know, I haven’t been at this for too long.

ENT suggested mediation, damn near smacked her in the mouth..was thinking “you try meditating with this screaming in ur head” ugh
