Ototoxic medication I think

Ive had mine for 7 weeks in my right ear. It is also affecting my mental health. I do notice it is a bit better when I am occupied and I am trying to meditate and keep busy but it is a tough journey. Hoping for the best for both of us

Sounds very tough Danica. I live in Victoria on the Mornington Peninsula so not far away. Definitely you need to see an ENT specialist but hopefully once you do things will improve for you. I hope so, let us know how things go

I'd get your ears checked, perhaps there is some deep wax and removing it might help you.

I've only had tinnitus for 5 weeks, I admire you have hung in for so long. I hope you can somehow find some relief, you are not alone in your suffering, I guess we have to hang on to hope, I wish you peace in the New Year.

Michael, out of interest, do you think that Julian Cowan-Hill on Youtube is correct in his view of tinnnitus, that it is the anxiety and fear that is the main problem?

I may well be alone too. Although I have family I could be with, the T is making life too miserable to make the journey. It sucks and its its only been 5 weeks
