I will be starting CBT after Christmas. I suffer depression/anxiety for 7+ years and just last year my brother went for CBT and now he is a changed person, I only hope I can change and feel positive in life once again

I also suffer from the above, the doctor also said that I grind my teeth while I sleep and I should be getting a night guard for when I sleep. did the night guard help with ur T at all?

Ok so went to the EMT appointment and all is well (thank God), the doctor said it is due to me listening to loud music with headphones on, my jaw slightly out of line and that I grind my teeth while I sleep which are most likely causing the ringing

I too have also had this, it would happen all of a sudden a ringing noise in my (non effected) left ear which would last 30secs or more but it would always go away.

Thank you for the kind words Karen, Yes I will make sure to update this post on Friday even if the worst happens. Is their any reason why I can only hear the ringing in my right ear? even tho I have been wearing headsets for +6 years I would of that it would effect both which is another reason...

I have been wearing headsets for 6+year while I am playing games and yes I would use my right ear on a phone.
