I don't understand the dip of -5db at 4khz. Actually -5db is not a hearing loss ? Who told you that ? This perfectly normal hearing. Maybe it was -25dbhl ? (5db below the normal threshold)

My ENT said that Tympanoplasty = 30dbhl accross all the audiogram. Actually Tympanoplasty resulting hearing is far from one you could get with a normal eardrum. But this is what said my ENT, I don't know how good can be tympanoplasty really.
