I've recently run into the same thing. My airconditioner, the TV, or a fan makes the high 11k ish tone more intense. I'm new to T but seem to be able to let it go except under these conditions. It's quite intense. Are we suppose to habituated to this condition? Or is should we be avoiding it...

Hey drummer joe, I noticed mine back in February too. I've been a studio guy for decades and now I have a high pitch that gets worse as I turn up the volume. Hane you figured out what the frequency your T is at? Hi pitch really tough to play with for me right now.
