@LadyDi I freak out easily, especially when something bad happens and I don't know why. The people on here have been very helpful, kind and encouraging. Something I greatly appreciate. But then I read all the triggers everyone else has that makes their tinnitus worse I get a little paranoid.

I am on dexamethasone an inflammatory until next Wednesday. But I wasn't taking it when it started. I'm not 100% sure what caused it I can only try to best guess based on research and look at possible causes.

I started 2 days before I finished my antibiotics.

I did some reacearch and found some antibiotics can cause tinnitus.

I had sinus lavage surgery and new sinus drain holes punched. Was given antibiotics to fight off any infection. I can't remember the name but it ended in myacin. Not sure about the spelling.

Because I think my tinnitus was caused by antibiotics, I'm so afraid to take any kind of medication for fear It will get worse. Any suggestions or experience with this?

Is it possible to increase you heart rate without increasing the sound level of tinnitus?

Thanks billie48, The hardest part is the night time. I've probably only slept 8 hours all week. And lost 15 lbs. I don't know how to keep calm or control my stress or anxiety. Most say a blocked eustachain tube or tubes can take months and for some years.
