Does anyone here suffer from rheumatic arthritis? I realised recently that the symptoms I have (pain in neck/shoulder, less frequent pain in jaw/back of head, recent teary vision, all on the right side) might be signs of rheumatic arthritis. What I'm not sure is how they can affect tinnitus...

What would your reasons for this be? Actually, my MEM started randomly as well. I was using earphones when it happened. But if I recall correctly, it wasn't right after I took out my earphones or anything like that. The earphones were already worn for quite a while.

The hospital I went to doesn't have the equipment for testing over 8kHz. My hearing in that range seems to be fine except for a 4kHz notch at 30 dB on my right ear. My right ear doesn't hear some higher frequency sounds as well as my left, but even then it seems to come and go. Idk where I can...

What caused it? I don't really have T now. It's just some form of Middle Ear Myoclonus that I'm going through. Although, it seems to be affecting my hearing in some way.
