Cover your ears..tell us what you really hear...When I sleep , I put music on my pc...always mask it when i go to sleep,really helps.I have never take meds for this condition not even sleeping pils.

When I first got my tinnitus , felt like fell for like one year until I recovered, then slowly but shurely I began to ignore it , i got tinnitus in my both ears, anyway seems like have been throw alot more, try to ease your pain by masking it,when i sleep i put music on my pc , always helps ...

Hey guys..long time...no speak :v.... So basically for about 1 month and a half....I have been hearing tinnitus in my other ear (the left one) , not as loud as my right year...but still can hear it if I put my head on the pillow....wasent like this before , cant find any clues on the net....its...

Best thing is to not watch tv...its only bull shit on it except discovery .srl........ :) hey..but thats just me......

I usualy put some death metal when i have a big spike.... :D

I have right eye and right ear pain to from time to time...its from my nevralgie,,,,thats what the doctor said it was....oh well...suggested i have an MRI Scan 2...oh well...

I took it even when i dident have tinnitus..it was fine like 20 mg a day...im gonna start with 10 a day now because im not that bad...only have on my neck...
