    Protect your ears at all costs. Use plugs and/or muffs. Do not expose yourself to new loud noise/harmful meds/ear trauma. You and your brain should calm down in a few months and it will become background noise you can sleep through. Just dont take more damage. Best advice that should be posted on the front page of this site: Protect your ears now.
