Hi @Azariah. Glad to know you benefited from Source Natural's Thiamine. Did you try other coenzymated vitamin B3 or B6 from the same company? Vitamin B3 NAD is also supposed to reduce tinnitus and it is cellular energy booster.

@Karl Your theory seems logical .Here is study of electrophysiological changes in T patients; http://www.tinnitusjournal.com/detalhe_artigo.asp?id=349 also you can google auditory evoked potentials in tinnitus, which reflect electrical activity in auditory nerve.

One of my employee is having similar condition with similar high freuency loss in one ear ,but he is not having tinnitus, so asymmetrical hearing loss in very high frequencies may not definitely cause tinnitus.
