    I started meditation a week ago. I must say that I have noticed a reduction in volume after my meditation. Obviously, the T isn't lowering in volume, just my perception of it is. Just being able to lower the volume of my T just a little bit has saved my sanity.

    If I listen to a sound that is close to the same high frequency as my T it is downright painful

    Is It Possible My Tinnitus Will Get So Loud That I Will Never Sleep?

    My biggest issue with it is that if I wake up during the night, it is very difficult for me to fall back to sleep. Even with masking sounds.
