There's no reason to stop doing any of this. In fact it's important not to let T defeat you that way.. Get a pair of comfy muffs for when the machines run..

What about Schweed? Don't drink but I do puff. It's tricky. Doesn't spike or hush T, but if you are concentrating on something else like a book or TV etc it helps put T right out of the forefront. Could also have dire opposite effect in some folks who haven't habituated at all..

I don't understand the question. Caffeine is awesome and terrible. I might get a slight temporary bump in T from it but I don't obsess about it.
