JeemJ

Former physicist, formerly in EEG biofeedback, now, just "old".
Lucky to be ~40 yrs with a deeply talented classical pianist.
--------------------
At age: late teens to early twenties, discovered that I could easily hear loud 18 KHz, and could easily hear the 15-16 KHz horizontal sweep on TVs 195o- 1960s, roughly.
Perhaps this is a case of the brain "filling in" for sound missing now ???
I would like to know where/how to learn more about this.
