I would also try while meditating to work on balancing the energy between the left and right sides of your brain. I have found that doing some energy work in the brain (the 6th and 7th chakric points for some) has also resulted in a minimalizing of the sound in my right ear particularly.

Even though my geneder precludes this possibility, if it got rid of my t. I would volunteer for the first male-to-have-a-child program.
