I have one tinnitus sound that wakes me up from my sleep now.. stressed

really sick.. head cold, stuffy nose, sneezing, coughing, sore throat...

been pretty anxious/ depressed lately because I've had a tinnitus spike. it's pretty loud and distracting, and I have trouble falling asleep. I'm curious what others do when they have trouble falling asleep and do any of you take any meds or anything for anxiety

@Erlend a couple weeks ago my friend wanted to take me to see his new house that he just bought. he doesn't know I have t. we were looking around the house and he turned on the fire alarms to show me where they were. I freaked out for the same reason you did. but no need to worry I am fine now...

@mick1987 Hi mick. a couple weeks ago, I went to the dentist and got fillings without ear plugs. it seems that I am fine though. so don't stress about it too much. :)

thanks @demi for this thread!! I love seeing positive comments and people turning their condition into positivity. it's a beautiful thing to see. I've been going on walks everyday and I find that it helps my t. doesn't bother me at night as much. I would recommend that for you as well. It kind...
