Yep! Same here, and this only ever happened when I had listened to music with earbuds. It never happened with anything else loud.

Yeah that makes sense. I mean I try to pay attention to the success stories and look at how people have recovered from tinnitus and beaten it, but I've also noticed those posts of people having it for up to 7 years and getting worse, and like Jesus that terrifies me.
