Very nice that you found something that helped you. But before everyone rushes to buy black seed oil, I just want to share that I tried it some years ago for a couple of months and it didn't do anything positive (or negative) for my tinnitus or hyperacusis.

Yes. I do have severe hyperacusis loudness and noxacusis, but I can handle that much better than my catastrophic tinnitus. I can't leave my home, can't work, can't really do any of the things I want to. I still hope for a breakthrough in the future, but right now not much to look forward to...

It will not, no need to try it. Sorry you are feeling this bad. I don't know for how long you have had this sound distortion. The only thing that has improved for me since it all started is my sound distortion. My tinnitus, hyperacusis and noxacusis on the other hand has deteriorated massively.
