    A Study on Naltrexone

@DebInAustralia, I'm also considering to take Naltrexone, especially since Prof. Dirk De Ridder prescribes it to so many. Not sure about the dosage though.

    Choice of Stem Cells

@danielthor, did you ask them about success rate?

    Choice of Stem Cells

I agree. But you know better than me, that there is no 100% treatment for the tinnitus and despite that, a lot of people have found relief with something, so why to spray the negativity? If something did not work for you, it does not mean it will not do good for someone else :)

    Choice of Stem Cells

4 years is a huge gap. What I do not get, why people around here are so skeptical about everything? Liam Boehm - bullshit. TRT - doesn't work. Earplugs - overprotection. Earplugs with less then 15 dB - underprotection. Klonopin - do not dare. Prednisolone - side effects. Healthy life style -...

Voluntary Assisted Dying / Euthanasia for Tinnitus Patients (Pegasos Swiss Association, Switzerland)

Hi, you are in the so early stage of the tinnitus, please, give yourself at least a 2 years time, and if you do not feel better after that time, then you can consider the suicide. I know that it is easier said, than done, but you must give yourself at least that amount of time.

    Suicidal

Maybe soon it will be easier: 3D-printed suicide pods are now legal in Switzerland

What Could Have Caused My Non-Stop Loud Ringing in the Ears?

Did you mean that if one starts to wear hearing aids, the hearing will deteriorate faster? So we have to postpone the hearing aids as much as we can?

Had a Setback After Being Exposed to Music at a Record Store and I'm Starting to Get Nervous

We were building a summer house. I was holding the construction, while the relative of mine, suddenly started to bang with a hammer on the metal pole in order to get it into the hole. He (the relative), was not near me, he was on the other side of the construction, but still it was load. Next...

Will You Get Vaccinated for Coronavirus (COVID-19)? Can It Make Tinnitus or Hyperacusis Worse?

@Damocles, thank you so much for your detailed answer! It's a great help to me and encouragement :) And what about hearing loss? Have you find any study about COVID-19 and hearing loss?

Will You Get Vaccinated for Coronavirus (COVID-19)? Can It Make Tinnitus or Hyperacusis Worse?

Well, I'm in the same boat as @Forever hopeful, at the moment I'm also considering should I get the vaccine. I do not have co-morbid conditions, but I have hearing loss. My biggest concern here is that if you have hearing loss and you get COVID-19 it could mess up your ears/hearing even more...
