@another sean The only reason some say they think the LLLT made it worse is that they gave up too early. You have to hang in there with the louder squealing for awhile. Then it quiets down after taking a break, and things are improved. It is part of the healing. I don't get the louder...

One thing you have to remember is to protect the ears until the reactivity stops, if you are so fortunate. I am still in the first 6 months when the ears are still particularly sensitive and can be more easily damaged further. Dr. Wilden recommends wearing ear plugs most of the time when out...
