Hello.... Does the Gaba calm still work for you?

My T starts in my throat. It starts out like pop rocks then goes to a hissing sound. It starts in the morning. It moves to my right ear for a few days then calms down. Strange for sure. Probably some mid connects with my brain.

I have the same T as you do. I’ve had mine for about 2 months. Good device when said enjoy the good days. That I do.

Sounds like what I’m dealing with. I catch myself clenching my jaw at night. My dentist said I grind my teeth. I’m going to make an appt to see a specialist. I have a night guard and just started using it. My T is low and goes away. I don’t think it’s my ears although my ENT said I do have ETD.

Have you looked into the procedure where they use a balloon to open the ETs? I’m hoping for this. I see a new ENT at the end of the month that does this procedure.

Have you YouTubed the correct way to use a nasal spray? Many ppl do not administer it correctly. Check it out! The difference for me was a godsend.

I’m just getting over ETD/cold and my tinnitus had slowed down as my right ear has cleared. It’s gone today so hoping it won’t resurface. I’m feeling optimistic.

How's your T these days? I have ETD and I'm hoping things will clear up. My eardrum was retracked so my ENT said this is causing my T. Ive had it for 3 weeks now.

Hello.... I'm new here. My ENT said basically the same your ENT said. I have fluid and to use Flonase. My T comes and goes. How are you doing these days with your T? Have you had improvement bc of your ears not having fluid? Thank you. Mark
