    Floaters

My original answer to the poll was "no". However, like 1 month after I answered no to this poll I started to notice eye floaters. This was a few months after onset of tinnitus. They are mostly clear so I can see them mostly while looking at sky. However there are those, like "flies", they are...

How Salty Is Your Diet? Should Tinnitus Sufferers Avoid Salt?

Mine is not affected neither with salt nor sugar intake. Unless you really have issues with high blood pressure or you know your diet is bad I don't think it will have any effect.

    Ringing in Ears Since Concert

You are on the good way to get better. Mine is only getting worse and I am 4+ months in. Your already showing signs of improvement means it will improve even more. However as you said progress is slow and non-linear.

    Ringing in Ears Since Concert

@Digital Doc I wonder... How did you came up with the idea to use Omega3? Did you consult with your GP before using it? I would like to give it a try but not sure whether should I try it without consulting with GP first.

Tinnitus Getting Worse and Worse for No Reason (I Protect My Hearing and Don't Use Headphones)

I haven't used anything so far buta few days ago started to think that maybe I should give them a try. Only opening my jaw changes the pitch to be a bit higher, but then when closing it the tinnitus goes back to baseline. But, I think this opening jaw thing probably everyone experiences or...

Tinnitus Getting Worse and Worse for No Reason (I Protect My Hearing and Don't Use Headphones)

@GoatSheep - no meds here. I was taking valium only during first month but only since I had all kind of side effects from Prednisolone, most notably insomnia. However after that things settled and I was able to sleep, with 2-3 awakening during the night even though it was already moderately...

    Paracetamol Spiked My Tinnitus?

Just to add my 2 cents here. 10 days ago I took 2x 500mg Paracetamol within 2 days because I had somewhat bad cold, 1 tablet daily and it did nothing to my T. I think it might also lowered it a bit down until effect lasted (4-6 hours)... My T is probably noise induced so I dont know whether that...
