So I have mild tinnitus and I am just wondering if I should stay off this website to let it heal? Because I heard that if you focus on tinnitus and are over obsessed it's going to make it stick? Is that correct and should I stay away from TinnitusTalk?

I have a question regarding focusing on T. Does it make it worse, because I am trying my best of not focusing on it and I tend to notice it gets louder. Is there any tips to not focus on it.

I was told at the hospital that the T will go in 1-2 weeks and I am just wondering what things I should prevent so it won't make my T worse.

Here is a tip, put a fan on as it will mask the noise or play soft natural music to mask it my friend. Also do not focus on it or it will get worse!
