Thank you! You are right about one thing: since I've started coming here only for the success stories and nothing else, I started to improve. Control your reaction towards t rather than trying to control t itself is the key for me.

I have that. I have to control salt intake (less) and water intake (more). You can find it out with a MRI (hydrops protocol, very specific) and if your hearing loss is in the low frequencies. It means your choclea is under pressure.

My doctor thinks possible bilateral meniere, but I have absolutely no vertigo. Just the T.

Thank you, My loss is in low frequencies and it was in one ear and then the next about 15 days ago, after surgery. I had my hearing tested two months ago. No hearing aids, I still hear just fine... I'll see what the doctor says. Thank you!
