Hello maybe your anxiety is causing your tinnitus to spike even more. It is essential that you get some sleep and rest oreslse its downhill from there. hope ur tinnutus gets lower soon. regards

I have T since september 2013. The first stage was insane. No sleep I hardly ate. The stress was humongous. Since last month my hair started shedding enormously. Has anyone experienced hair fall after T? If yes plz let me know how u handled it. Thanks in advance

Mind you Carole that this issue with T might go and resolve on its own . A lot of people had it for a short period or a long one and then eventually it cleared away. Just be patient dear

You just need to be patient. Go out do stuff you enjoy. If this doesnt help plz go see a psychologist

Hi Carole. I know its hard but plz dont worry that much in time it will all get better. I have been there but I realized that its all me ! And the way I am reacting to the T. If u ignore it in time it will ignore you. I know its hard to believe but do try this approach it sure helped me a lot
