Rather pessimistic in light of the science that now exists. It's easy to water down potential success before it really has a chance to shine.

20 years is ridiculous. I think we'll have a clinical application available to the public in 7-10 years max. As for how effective the treatment is, it could be of slight benefit or a total cure. I just know there's big pharma moving into this and where there's money to be made in untapped...
